They, together with our team of engineers, will do their utmost to match the horticulture solutions to your and your customer’s specific requirements using MathCad program ‘Glazenstad’ for calculating the loads according to the most appropriate local standards and TNO/CASTA for all steel calculations.

Engineering
All our greenhouse roofs are in-house calculated and 3D engineered by our own team of engineers using the very latest equipment and software. Together with sales they support you and your customer every step of the way in selecting the most comprehensive and optimal system.
Meeting all standards
Just like sales, our engineers also make use a MathCad program ‘Glazenstad’, developed especially by TNO, to ensure that your customer’s new greenhouse roof system meets all local applicable standards and loads. Steel calculations are made with the latest TNO/CASTA version and for irregular structure calculations they use FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

Modern production facilities
By adding new smart automated high-end machinery to our aluminium and steel production line, we ensure that our production capacity keeps up with the current market demand for the production of steel greenhouse constructions, smart aluminium greenhouse roof, gable and heating systems, flower trolleys and mobile benches.
Certification
Next to the fact that all our welders are certified according to the RWC (Responsible Welding Coordinator) for the welding methods used, we’re also NEN-EN-ISO 9001, HORTIQ BRL8001 and FPC EN-1090-1 EXc2 certified.
Logistics
In addition to the modernisation of our high-end machine park, we’ve also been investing heavily in our logistics facilities these recent years. This allows us to prepare your transport of the materials for your large horticultural projects efficiently.
Modern loading methods
The transportation of your materials are obviously arranged by you or your customer, we offer enough space to load all your transport vehicles at once using the most modern loading methods.
