Announcement

After 18 years Theo Sanders will leave Alcomij on the first of January 2022. This decision is part of his own plan and therewith at his own request. Theo Sanders has been has been of great importance to valuable developments and changes at Alcomij and within the sector. Theo will hand over the baton to Marco Koese. Marco will join Alcomij as the successor of Theo with effect from the fist of September 2021.

Marco Koese

In the first 16 years of his career, Marco Koese has developed a great deal of knowledge and affinity at Priva in and with greenhouse horticulture. He there has developed his hardware roots and has gained broader knowledge and experience with IT and digitisation of companies. From 2016, Koese was responsible for international projects at Johnson Controls (Building Solutions) and for managing an organisation with 190 FTEs. Marco is a modest but determined manager, focused on bringing together various disciplines and teams. He is a clear analyst and a professional manager who makes organisations and people stronger and solves business problems. Together with his eye for detail and attention to the end customer, he is the ideal new Managing Director for Alcomij.
